Reservation Policies

How the direct debit works (directly on the credit card):
– 100% of the total amount when booking
– Security deposit during your stay. The amount of the deposit depends on the chalet. It will be included in the contract to be signed that you will receive by email.

When booking, go check your emails (perhaps in your spam folder), to fill in the check-in document (with ID) and the contract to sign (with the chalet’s regulations). The security deposit is listed there.

PROOF OF IDENTITY: Proof of identity with address is required prior to check-in.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. In the event of cancellation, service fees and credit card fees are charged to the Lessor. Beyond 48 hours, the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is not refundable. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date.
Any cancellation request must be made in writing to the Lessor.

This contract will be terminated automatically if the person does not appear within twelve hours of the start time of the lease. The landlord then becomes free to dispose of his rented property.
In the event of a stay being cut short by the tenant, the total price of the rent is entirely due to the landlord.
